The Sustainable City is a neighbourhood located at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Emirates Road. It is situated near several prominent residential communities, such as Arabian Ranches II, Layan, Al Waha, Mudon, Damac Hills, and Dubai Studio City.
The Sustainable City, which covers 46 hectares (113 acres) of land, is part of the larger Dubailand area. The main developer of the project is Diamond Developers.
The property includes almost 600 residential units, including villas, townhouses, and apartments. Villas are divided among five residential blocks, each adjoined by a farm.
The concept of the community was founded in 2015 and aims to accommodate social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Residential units are built with solar panels to conserve energy, and the area offers many car-free zones.

Residents can also access Arabian Ranches Souk and Carrefour supermarket in the neighbouring area of Arabian Ranches II, as well as Geant Express in Mudon.
