Falconcity is a multipurpose mega project in Dubailand that was launched in April 2005. The developer of this residential community is a private company called Falconcity of Wonders LLC, the founder of which is Salem Ahmad Abdullah Almoosa. The company initiated an impressive masterplan to expand Dubai’s tourism sector, as well as to attract a high number of home buyers and investors. The total built-up area of Falconcity is over 41M square feet, and features commercial, residential, leisure and mixed-use neighbourhoods to cater the needs of tourists, residents, visitors and buyers.

The Great Wall will be higher than a 3-floored building and will serve as a high-rise running track. This attraction will be constructed as a buffer zone between the signature theme park and residential complexes.
The structure of this tower is based on the specific historical descriptions of the Lighthouse of Alexandria recorded before it was destroyed. The project will be multipurpose with recreational, commercial, residential and retail segments.
