Dubai Internet City is a free economic zone that is also known as Dubai Information Technology Park. The project was developed by the government in partnership with TECOM Investments, and it was launched in 2000. The development is part of the Al Sufouh district, which is located along Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Internet City is bordered by Knowledge Village Park and Dubai Media City.

The S Tower is a new 58-storey residential complex by Sobha Realty. It was launched in 2020 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024. Units range in size from 4,668 sq. ft. to 11,000 sq. ft. and range in price from AED 15,000,000 (USD 4,100,000) to AED 38,000,000 (USD 10,000,000).

The Mall of the Emirates can be reached within a 10-minute drive from the area. It is home to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, an indoor ski slope, a cinema, and a children’s amusement park.
Dubai Marina Walk is located within a 15-minute drive of Dubai Internet City and features a popular promenade for tourists and locals. Visitors can go to shops and restaurants along the promenade and enjoy picturesque views of skyscrapers and canal boats. JBR Beach and Marina Beach are within walking distance of the area, and there is a footbridge that connects to the Bluewaters Island peninsula, which is home to the world’s tallest Ferris wheel, Ain Dubai. Emirates Golf Club is also situated within a 15-minute drive and features a golf course, a spa, gourmet restaurants, and cafes.
